• We're going to need specifics such as: Theme, Name(s), Date, Color Selections and any special requests. Images and descriptions should be sent to caricatures@still-thoughts.net. Images submitted electronically should be 72-300 dpi and should have a clear view of the face(s). Please be descriptive and detailed with your instructions. All instructions should be in writing so the artist can refer to them in the design process. Please note that we retain the right to cancel orders and cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction if you provide us with unclear images, graphics and instructions. Additional requests that are not in your original instructions (including graphics & photos) that require major revisions may not be covered by our "guarantee" and may incur additional fees or will be considered as a new order.
